Spencer Gyory is a Partner at Lazard CL, having joined from Lazard's Private Capital Advisory group in New York in November 2026, which he originally joined in 2013 and re-joined in 2023.

Previously, Spencer was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs for two years. At Goldman Sachs, Spencer focused on advising financial sponsors on GP-led secondary transactions. Spencer began his career at Lazard in 2013.

Spencer graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in History and Economics.
