Richard von Gusovius

Richard von Gusovius is a Partner and Co-Head of Global Distribution and EMEA Primary Fundraising at Lazard CL. He previously served as Global Head of Distribution at Campbell Lutyens, was a member of the Management Committee, and chaired the Primary Business Committee.

Richard joined Campbell Lutyens in 2006, initially on the secondary advisory team, before taking responsibility for institutional coverage in the German-speaking territories. In 2015, he established the firm’s private credit practice, building it into a leading advisor across North America and Europe.

Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Richard worked at GMT Communications Partners and Vision Capital, having previously worked in M&A at J.P. Morgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Switzerland. He holds a master’s in Finance & Accounting from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
