Malcolm Yong

Malcolm is a Partner and Head of APAC LP Secondary Advisory at Lazard CL. He is based in Singapore and leads the advisory of limited partners on secondary market liquidity transactions, including fund portfolio sales, tender offers, managed funds and structured liquidity solutions.

Malcolm has advised a wide range of clients including some of the largest Sovereign Wealth Funds, insurance companies, superannuation funds, pension funds, endowments and financial institutions. In aggregate, Malcolm has advised on over $25 billion of transaction volume for APAC LPs.

Prior to Lazard CL, Malcolm served as Co-Head of APAC Secondaries at Campbell Lutyens and contributed to the establishment of Campbell Lutyens’ secondaries business in APAC since inception. Malcolm is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy.
