Andrew Cox

Andrew Cox is a Partner and Co-Head of EMEA Private Equity Transaction Management at Lazard CL, having joined from Lazard's Private Capital Advisory (PCA) group in London in November 2026, which he originally joined in 2019.

His responsibilities include origination, transaction management and investor coverage for European Private Equity and Private Credit fundraisings. Andrew has over 11 years of experience in Private Markets Fundraising and Banking.

Prior to joining Lazard, he worked at two other capital-raising firms and spent four years at J.P. Morgan. Andrew also previously served as a British Army Officer in the Parachute Regiment.
